If you're not happy with your shoes dont worry! Just send them back to us and we will refund you minus your original p&p.

Goods must absolutely be unworn and in saleable condition, refunds will be processed on receipt. You may only return goods within 28 days unless faulty.

Shipping

UK... UK packages are sent by 1st class recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Once posted the goods usually take 1-2 days to arrive. Please allow 7 days for delivery but it is usually within 3 working days. We will investigate lost parcels and reimburse you if this is the case. Overseas... Overseas packages are sent by standard Royal Mail Air Mail and delivery times/dates will vary. Please allow up to two weeks before contacting me if it has not arrived. You will be notified that your item has been shipped via email. We strive to deliver goods as fast as possible and  hope you get a rapid service!
